COMPASSION in ACTION: LEVEL TWO YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

A 7-day Rejuvenating Retreat & Anusara Yoga Intermediate Intensive in the Siskiyou Mountains of Southern Oregon
with Hanneli Francis & Special Guests

June 28 - July 5, 2003

The key to being a great teacher is the constant remembrance of the source of your knowledge and power...
By staying centered in your heart, you will, by your presence, guide your students to find the currents of Grace that flow in their own hearts. - John Friend

Increase your knowledge and dive in deep - live the path of yoga for seven days. We will combine the joy of retreat with the intensive study of a teacher training. Participants will gain both strong technical knowledge of the art and science of teaching Anusara yoga, and a heart-full of yogic community in a gorgeous retreat setting. We will learn from each other and share on topics close to our hearts. We will strengthen our yogic community and create space to reaffirm our individual values, intentions and gifts.

Our daily rhythm will include sessions of meditation and pranayama, advanced asana practice, and late-afternoon methodology training. We will also have open time to soak up the healing energy of Nature, go on a forest walk or rest by the babbling creek. Evenings will round out our days with dance, songs, a hot cleansing sauna, and sharing stories and laughter together. We will delight in sharing delicious meals, and silent mornings.

Join us in a week of community building and celebrate of the path of yoga!

50 credit hours of training. These hours are applicable towards accreditation with the National Yoga Alliance as well as Anusara Yoga Teacher certification.
