Maverick's Steakhouse would like to thank the community for their continued loyal support. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12, 13, and 14; all are welcomed to join the Maverick's posse in a celebratory shindig marking thier first year anniversary round these parts. So round up the gang, saddle on up and mozie on down to Maverick's Steakhouse to enjoy the most lip smacking steaks this side of the Pecos!

• Maverick's Steakhouse is located 5 minutes east of Ashland -across from Emigrant Lake

• Maverick's offers a dinner menu featuring steak, chicken, ribs, fish, organic and vegetarian selections as well as nightly specials

• Non smoking establishment with a full bar

• Open Wednesdays through Sunday, 4pm-10pm. Fridays and Saturdays open till 11pm. The bar closes one half hour after the last dinner seating. Be placed on the call ahead list or first come, first served. (482-8590)

• All dinners include soup or salad, beans and bread, and your choice of baked potato, sweet potato, garlic mashed potatoes or rice pilaf

• Maverick's serves hand cut aged beef that is USDA choice or better. (the aging process enhances flavor and tenderness)

• Our organic beef selections come from Prather Ranch in Modoc, California and Full Circle Bison Ranch in Williams, Oregon
