Hi, my name is Rita Fischer, I am looking for a new home.
I am very tidy and organized, do not smoke, nor use drugs, am a rather quiet person, and have no pets although I love them!
Due to my work, mostly pet- and housesitting, I am gone a lot. At other times I am on the phone a fair amount of time building my home based business. I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce here in Ashland, and simply love this community.
What I am looking for is simple.:
Just a room with a bath or access to one, and a phone line will do, whether this is a room over someone's garage or part of a larger house. I would like to stay in the Ashland area, but prefer not to be downtown. Ideally I like to be someplace close to nature and quiet.
My nature is creative and inventive. Work exchange or partial work exchange for rent would be welcomed.
